The driving here is well, I don’t think insane even begins to describe it. I feel that the bus is the safest way to go for the mere fact that in a collision you would have a fighting chance with the sheer size of the vehicle.  Taxi’s are the next safest for the fact that the drivers are insane and thus feel right at home in insane traffic. I thought personal cars were the craziest transportation with the average person at the helm, but then I risked life and limb and stepped into one of these contraptions.

Yes three of us squeezed into the back of this thing and some how we managed to get to our destination alive and without any major lacerations. On the upside of these things, it has the best AC I’ve experienced thus far!  Although the driver can’t seem to make up his mind as to whether he is a vehicle or pedestrian he takes advantage of this confusion by selecting which ever traffic laws best fit the situation. And by best fit most time effective even if not the safest. So quick too might be added to the up side of things.

 Want to talk about great AC look at Adam and Dantzelle’s ride. Boy did I learn to appreciate my ride as we rode behind their driver. He darted in and out of lanes and across intersections like Armageddon was licking his bumper. Our driver on the other hand at least waited until one lane was clear before zipping into traffic and breaking inches before the crossing bus and inches is not an exaggeration. Let me tell you the spacial and depth perception of these drivers is really something to be applauded they know the edges and limits of their vehicle like race car drivers could only dream.
 
I promise to post a more extensive blog on the driving but I am still trying to take some pictures that really demonstrate it. I would hate to do any injustice to the abilities of the drivers here.
